Still Shot Artistry Business Policies

Cancellation & refund policy

1. Reschedule Policy for photo sessions

We understand that things may not go as planned in preparation for your session, things happen! Could be a family emergency, hair/makeup appointment cancelled, outfit has not arrived on time, etc. We can work with that! You are allowed one rescheduled date if notified 24 hours prior to your session. We can just select a new date and prepare for your upcoming session. If a second reschedule needs to happen, a $35 charge is required to schedule. (If notified 24 hours prior to session date). Your deposit is non-refundable no matter the circumstance.

2. Cancellation/No Show Policy for your scheduled session
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. If you cancel your session altogether, you will need to completely book all over again if you would like to schedule another session. That means a new deposit. This goes for No Shows as well. In addition, if a client doesn’t show at all for their session, there will be an additional $50 that would need to be paid in order to re-book for a new session. Your deposit or any money paid towards your session will no be refunded back to you.

3. Scheduled Sessions
We understand that delays can happen however, we must keep in mind, other clients also have their scheduled times. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your session, a $25 late fee will be required upon final payment at the end of the session. The only time this does not apply is when we both agree on an adjusted time if needed.
